Tri-State Driving Tour

We are pleased to announce the second event of the 2024 driving tour season! Tri-State is an all-new tour on June 16 that will traverse Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Please refer to tour information and registration links below.
Preregistration is required via this link. This is necessary to get an accurate count of drivers and guests, and to determine drive groups and staffing at the restaurant.
The BMW CCA Electronic Waiver is required via this link. The waiver requires a digital signature and photograph, thus a mobile device is best for this step.
Note: Preregistration DOES NOT take the place of driving event waivers and wristbands. All Participants MUST sign the waiver form and get a wristband BEFORE starting the tour.
The tour will originate at Starbucks Coffee in Walton, KY, located off I-75 at Exit 171. We will meet at 8:30 AM, get situated, fueled up, confirm electronic waiver signatures, and drivers can begin the route around 9:00 AM. A Shell station is located directly next door to Starbucks. The morning segment is 102-miles west to Madison, IN where we will stop for lunch at Harry’s Stone Grill.
Parking is located in front, on the sides, and behind the restaurant.
The afternoon segment is 84-miles northeast to Colerain Township, Ohio for a final gathering at Vinoklet Winery. Parking is located directly in front of the building.
Important notes:
- Again, please preregister by clicking on the link to complete the Google Form to indicate you are participating! We need to get an idea of numbers, organize driving groups, and give the restaurant a heads up in advance.
- We are using the BMW CCA electronic waiver system to expedite registration in the morning. All participants MUST sign the e-waiver form and get a wrist band at the rendezvous point BEFORE starting the tour!! Save time and sign the electronic waiver ahead of time! Click the link on your phone.
- For those that cannot make the start of the drive, feel free to meet up with us anywhere along the route. Drivers are also welcome peel off or join the tour after lunch. Please email me directly if making alternate plans.
- With the exception of severe weather, the tour will take place rain or shine.

Please refer to links below for turn by turn directions for each route segment. These are much easier to follow with a navigator. Google Maps links require some degree of interaction during the drive. Rallista is a newer app that is designed for driving events and requires no intervention.
